"Friends Helping Friends Follow Christ"
Our family recently went through life's toughest challenge ... the death of a loved one, Pam's mother, Ginny Wright. During that experience, with a swirl of emotions and activities occuring, we got to experience what CVC is all about. The love and outpouring of kindness that our family experienced was amazing! Family and friends from out of town arrived all week and kept saying, "What an amazing church!". Food, calls, cards, flowers, and love surrounded our family from beginning to end. A CVC Life Change Story ...
I grew up in a very, very disfunctional home and, as a result, stuffed old
emotions and numbed new ones by any means it took. This behavior led to my
recent divorce. This loss opened the floodgates of my emotions, but I had

Since I had been restrained from returning to the church which had my husband and I attended for ten years, I had nowhere to turn. A friend told me about CVC and since I'm not real fond of crowds, he warned me that it was a huge church. I walked into CVC in April of this year and haven't missed a Sunday. [more]

Thousands of churches throughout the world have been touched by God through this amazing adventure.
Little did any of us know that THE PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE would become, in three short years, second only to the Bible as the best selling non-fiction book in the history of mankind. [more]
