- Complete each field as requested
- Upon completion you will receive a confirmation that your account has been created.

This information guarantees that your online account information is secure.
You will be asked for your birthdate if you forget your username and password, as a security precaution to protect your account.
What if I do not have a home phone number?
List your primary phone number in place of a home phone number.
When Can I Download My Statement?
Allow the office staff two full business days to match your newly created account with your previous contributions.
Downloading your Contribution Statement
In order to be better stewards of with God’s money - we have shifted to electronic contribution statements. Statements are available for you to download immediately (If you are creating a new account, please see the details above on how to create an account and when your statement will become available).
Follow these simple steps to download your Contribution Statement:
- Visit www.LifePointNV.com and mouse over the “MyLifePoint” tab
- Click on Give Online to log in.
- After logging in, scroll down to the bottom of the page to view your Contribution History (to view the previous years contributions, be sure to select select the year you'd like to view in the drop-down.)
- Click on “(Print View)” for a complete and ready-to-print contribution statement.
